Will I see the correct exam for my registration?

Yes when your header country matches where you plan to test and you select the exam track that matches your registration (for example RN versus PN). The app scopes questions, lessons, and wording to that region and pathway. If anything looks mismatched, update country or track, then refresh the page.

Can I switch countries later?

Yes. Change the header country any time to study with the other region's experience. After you subscribe, pricing and tax on renewal may still reflect your original checkout; use Account settings for billing details or contact support if you need help aligning subscription region with where you test.
